REFORMER
Get bendy in our reformer room using premium Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers.
TECHNIQUE
Tone, build your strength and improve your flexibility. This class is suitable if you’re a beginner or returning to Pilates as it has a strong focus on form, but you’ll get a great workout too. You may attend this class if you’re pregnant (note the pre-requisite to complete a private session).
ENERGY
This is a high vibe, dynamic reformer class with a focus on form. Enjoy the mind-body challenge in every class. Build strength, tone and return to calm with a final feel-good stretch. This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or pregnancy.
SWEAT
Increase your heart rate with resistance, props and intermediate Reformer Pilates exercises. If Teaser on the long box is right up your alley, then this is the class for you. Please note this class is not suitable for pregnant clients.
RECOVERY
This class is designed to help you stretch and unwind your body and mind. It combines gentle movement to warm you up, dynamic stretches and holds to help you release and reset. It is not suitable for pregnancy.
