Private Pilates and Yoga Classes
Private Pilates and Yoga sessions are tailored to you, making them the ideal way to get started, improve your mobility, rebuild strength, or take your practice to the next level.
Together, we’ll work toward your goals with personalised support from our highly trained team. We welcome clients of all ages, fitness levels and experience levels, and can adapt sessions to suit your body, goals and confidence.
If you’re transitioning from working with a physio, we can also create an exercise program based on their recommendations, helping you continue your progress safely and effectively.
Choose from three options:
- Single Private Pilates Class $135
- 3 x Private Pilates Classes $375
- 10 x Private Pilates Classes $1100
Private sessions may include the Pilates Reformer, Mat, Power Tower, Chair and Pilates Arc, depending on your needs and goals.

Private Group Classes
Our team is also available for team building, corporate Pilates or Yoga classes, birthday Pilates and brand launches, either at our studios or at your workplace. Email us to enquire.

We love supporting the next generation of Pilates teachers. Whether you’re completing your course or continuing to refine your teaching, Balanze is a place to learn, observe, practise and grow with confidence.
Observation & Practice Teaching
Complete your observation and practice teaching hours with us and finish your course feeling more confident, prepared and ready to teach.
To complete observation or practice teaching hours at Balanze, we ask that you are also practising with us regularly. There is no additional fee to observe or practice teach, beyond the classes or membership you choose to attend.
The best way to begin is with our $99 Welcome Offer for 3 weeks unlimited classes. Please email us by Thursday 10am, for classes at least one week in advance with the day and time of the class you’d like to observe, so we can book you in. Many students choose to attend one class, then observe the next.
After your Intro Offer, you can continue with the pack or membership that suits you best.
What to Know Before You Arrive
When observing or practice teaching with us, please:
- Arrive at least 5 minutes early and introduce yourself to the instructor.
- Wear professional athletic apparel and bring a water bottle and notepad.
- Support the instructor where appropriate, as this experience is similar to a work placement.
- Sit to the side of the room so the class can continue without distraction.
- Please do not bring food, coffee, laptops or phones into the studio practice area.
Teaching Opportunities
We’re always looking for reliable cover instructors who are willing to take on feedback. and align with the Balanze way of teaching.
When you feel ready, please let us know. We’d love to arrange a time for you to meet with our Studio Owner for an interview and mentoring session.

Private Pilates sessions
Our private sessions will help you master the exercises, cue safely and effectively by giving you one-on-one feedback. Complete your course feeling confident to teach, or extend yourself as an existing instructor.
