Energy Reformer and New Timetable

We’re excited to announce we’re introducing Energy Reformer (read below for details) from Monday 3rd February. This class combines the best of Physique and Sweat Reformer. Plus we’ve added more Technique Reformer, in response to its popularity.
Monday and Wednesday night classes will now feature at 5,6 and 7pm. Plus we’re offering Recovery Reformer at Claremont Thursdays at 6pm. Please share with any friends this will delight.
Energy Reformer is a high vibe, dynamic reformer class with a focus on form. Enjoy the mind-body challenge in every class. Build strength, tone and return to calm with a final feel-good stretch. This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or pregnancy, as it may include balancing on the carriage or box..
Technique Reformer is a full-body workout, designed to tone, build your strength and improve your flexibility. It is an all-levels class, with layers of challenge offered. If you’re a beginner, choose the easier options offered to you. Even if you’re more experienced, you’ll benefit from the focus on form, and this class could be just what you need to progress your practice over time. Minor injuries and pregnancy modifications can be offered. Please see our pregnancy policy before joining a group class.
Recovery Reformer will stretch your body, release and unwind. Slow movements will guide you into stillness and relax your mind. This class is the ideal reset if you’re practicing Pilates with us, running, competing in sports or just looking for a way to ease tightness. It’s not suitable if you’re pregnant.
