BEND

Get bendy in our reformer room using premium Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers.

TECHNIQUE
Tone, build your strength and improve your flexibility. This class is suitable if you’re a beginner or returning to Pilates as it has a strong focus on form, but you’ll get a great workout too.

PHYSIQUE
Enjoy a full-body burning workout to strengthen, stretch and tone. Options will be offered for all experience levels so you can challenge yourself everyday.

SWEAT
Increase your heart rate with resistance, props and intermediate Reformer Pilates exercises. If Teaser on the long box is right up your alley, then this is the class for you. Please note this class is not suitable for pregnant clients.

JUMPBOARD
Expect a cardio burst, balance challenge and burn combined in this class using the Reformer Pilates jump boards. This class is not appropriate for injuries. Offered 540pm Mondays at both studios and 6am of the first Friday of the month at Applecross!

ABZ REFORMER
This is your post work pick me-up where we sculpt abs, tone booty and end with a touch of zen. This class isn’t suitable if you’re pregnant.

FLOW

Find your flow in our dedicated mat space with a barre, at Claremont. Mats and props are provided.

VINYASA FLOW
Empowering vinyasa flow set to a soundtrack designed to help you flow. Sweet Savasana to conclude.

PILATES BEATS
Music driven Pilates matwork class designed to tone your butt, arms and core.
